And, here is Tim Webb's story:
Tim Webb, who hit the 18% bonus level in Period 2, joined Kleeneze in 2009 after taking early retirement in 2000. He had been a project manager for a national food ingredients company. His first cheque was £217.20. His next cheque was £454.84. He is part time in Kleeneze – approximately 2 days per week and his period 2 cheque was just over £1000. He lives in Bridport, Dorset and works his own retail around nearby small villages.

We asked Tim to let us in on the reasons for his recent success. Here’s the interview:

RR - Some months ago, you were worried about responding to prospects questions                                                                            about the initial investment. Has the BreakFree program changed your follow up calls?
TW – True, I found that due to my inexperience I was drawn into defending the investment rather than being more positive about the opportunity. Since Break Free was introduced, I get into more positive discussions with leads about the main differences among the starter packs and the benefits of each.

RR - To what do you attribute your move from 13% to 18%?
TW - Good support, good training, good customers and good luck. Rosemary, I am no expert, although I had a really good period 2, this success was due in the main to the support, help and guidance I've received from others in the team since joining Kleeneze and recently from my new team members. The Kleeneze opportunity is a team business - it is a TEAM of teams where all the teams - up, down or cross line - willingly help each other for the benefit of everybody. I recognise this, appreciate it and as period 2 shows have benefited hugely from it.

RR - You now have some good people in your team. How do you go about coaching and supporting them?
TW - Coaching is a new experience for me and I need to learn from others. I am currently trying to meet the new distributors to create a family of team members not just an email group. I also encourage regular attendance at meetings both the local and the major events like Kleeneze Live.

RR - What is your top tip for new distributors?
TW - I don't know whether this could be classed as the best tip, but my advice is to not judge the business too quickly.  It is a business that rewards effort and the rewards grow with time. Some new people start like a rocket but more often the business is built steadily over a period of time with both good weeks and not so good weeks -  don't let the 'not so good' get out of proportion. Your business will definitely grow as your customer base grows.

RR - Anything else you’d like to add?
TW - One of the most difficult aspects for me is personal development. I'm a very slow reader and have many, many books to read. I have to be more determined to allocate time to work on this. Also I have to say that despite my initial scepticism, I am thoroughly enjoying my work in this business and it is proving to be very worthwhile - I wish now that I'd known about the Kleeneze opportunity when I was offloaded in 2000, but that is history and I'm looking forward to spreading the word about this (using the word that Kleeneze seems to own) FANTASTIC opportunity.
